Speed, accuracy, control, but above all – quality within ALKO are being measured and improved on daily basis. All this is being done to assure that the name of the company is associated with professionalism and trustworthiness amongst its clients. In order to achieve this, the management of ALKO has formed a Quality Department (QD), which deals with quality issues only. This department is endlessly trying to bring as much added value to its clients as possible, in order to move their satisfaction on a higher scale.

ALKO is a company having a small number of heavy-trucks at this point of time, working all over Europe, including parts of Asia. Even with such small number of vehicles running every day, the probability of having different kinds of deviations is also great. Each and every deviation, if on the end, inappropriately solved, would definitely have a negative impact upon the image of ALKO. Therefore the most important task of the QD is the constant escape of all potential deviations that could actually arise during the day.

Aspiration of ALKO is to detect all deviations on time so that clients would be communicated for these immediately (if any), and recovery measures could be taken in short period instead of waiting for a customer’s complaint to be received.

ALKO is a company that cares for its clients and their operations.
