ROAD TRANSPORT

ALKO’s distribution network spans from Turkey and the Balkans up to the rest of the European continent, including all Scandinavian countries and the United Kingdom.

We offer the following transport capabilities:

· Groupage

Our drivers in our fleet of modern tractor units accompany all our trailers from start to finish and are always under the control of our team of highly experienced professionals in our operations centre in both Macedonia, as well as the Netherlands. Every vehicle is equipped with GSM telephones allowing us to provide you with precise transport management.

Our full-, part-, as well as groupage transport services offer our clients:

· Door-to-door collections and deliveries

· Fast transits

· Transport on request

· Constant performance monitoring

· Customs clearance

· Complete documentation services

· Hazardous goods transport

CONTRACT HIRE

ALKO's contract hire package removes the burden of commercial vehicle ownership, leaving you as our client to better concentrate on your core business. As specialists in contract hire we provide a complete package of logistics services. We are pleased to provide an up to date fully equipped vehicle for periods ranging from a single day to the long-term.

Where appropriate, we supply our clients with vehicles branded with their names, logos and graphics. We also supply drivers trained and administered by ALKO, but dressed in the clients' uniforms or corporate colors. All vehicles are serviced regularly under our maintenance agreement and are thoroughly cleaned and inspected weekly.

ALKO's extensive knowledge and range of contacts throughout the transport and logistics domain, permits us to furnish our contract hire clients with vehicles and management packages at prices well inside the cost of running and maintaining their own fleets.

CONSULTANCY SERVICES

ALKO provides a consultancy service to assist clients across the spectrum of vehicle operations; anything from advice on new vehicle specifications, purchase and finance as well as research operations in Strategic Transport Management. This includes expert knowledge of the ever changing rules and regulations that govern the industry.
